What you can share

Ways to contribute

No contribution is too small. If you’re not sure what you have, send a note—we’ll help you figure it out.

Family stories & memories

Short anecdotes, longer reflections, traditions, recipes, and “remember when…” moments—anything that brings a person or time to life.

Photos & captions

Snapshots, portraits, reunion photos, and scanned albums. If you can, include names, dates, and locations.

Documents & records

Letters, certificates, obituaries, newspaper clippings, military records, and other historical documents (scans or clear photos are perfect).

Corrections & missing details

Help us improve accuracy—spellings, dates, relationships, and places. Even small fixes make the tree stronger.

Tips for sharing photos and documents

For best results, scan at 300 dpi (or take a bright, steady photo). Include the who, when, and where whenever you can.

If you’re sharing something sensitive, tell us your preference: public to family, restricted, or private for research only. We’ll honor your wishes and can remove items at any time.

Privacy and permissions

This is a private family site. Please only share items you have the right to share. If a photo includes someone who prefers not to be posted, let us know and we’ll keep it restricted.
